I. Daily Pre-Start Inspection

1. Power and Air Pressure: Confirm the power indicator light is normal and the air pressure gauge reading is within the range of 0.5–0.7 MPa. This prevents chuck clamping failure or abnormal tool changing due to insufficient air pressure.

2. Lubrication System: Check if the lubricating oil level in the tank is between the graduation marks. After starting, observe if the lubrication pump is supplying oil normally, ensuring adequate lubrication of moving parts such as guide rails and lead screws.

3. Cooling System: Check the coolant level in the coolant tank and replenish with the same type of coolant as needed. Observe if the liquid is clear; record any cloudy or impurity-laden liquids and arrange for replacement.

II. Monitoring During Machining

1. Equipment Status Monitoring: Pay attention to any abnormal noises, vibrations, or overheating of the spindle and motor. If any abnormalities are found, immediately stop the machine and investigate.

2. Cutting Fluid Management: Regularly check the cutting fluid concentration and cleanliness to prevent impurities from scratching the workpiece or corroding parts.

3. Electrical System Protection: Maintain proper ventilation in the electrical cabinet, regularly clean internal dust, and check that wiring connections are secure.

III. Daily Post-Shutdown Maintenance

1. Clean the Working Area: Wipe the guide rails, worktable, turret, and spindle end face with a clean cloth to remove metal filings, oil stains, and coolant residue to prevent rusting of the guide rails.

2. Tool and Chuck Inspection: Confirm that the tools on the turret are securely fastened and not loose. Clean metal filings and debris from the chuck jaws and check for wear on the jaws.

3. Safety Device Reset: Check that the safety door seal is intact, and that the emergency stop button and control panel buttons rebound normally. Finally, turn off the main power and air supply.
