2 On site service commitment: Investigate problems through remote communication and prepare solutions in advance. Arrive at the domestic customer site within 24 hours after identifying the fault to reduce downtime losses.
3 Foreign customers:Engineers can apply for multiple entry visas during the warranty period and arrive at the factory within one week to solve problems for customers. After the warranty period, if the customer requests after-sales service, the engineer will start processing the visa within one week and arrive at the customer's factory within one week after obtaining the visa permit.

1 Experienced engineers: a complete team of engineers covering mechanical design, assembly, electrical, commissioning, and process, familiar with equipment structure and process requirements.
