I. Pre-start Maintenance Precautions
1. Clean up debris around the equipment beforehand, keeping the operating area clean and preventing debris from getting into the transmission parts.
2. Check the air and power supply pressures one by one to ensure they are within the rated range, and confirm that all buttons, indicator lights, and safety brakes are functioning properly.
3. Check the lubricating oil level, ensuring the oil pump supplies oil smoothly and the oil nozzles cover key lubrication points such as guide rails and transmission pairs.
4. Check the tightness of the clamping molds and cutting tools, ensuring there is no looseness or displacement to prevent them from flying out during processing and causing safety hazards.
II. During Operation Maintenance Precautions
1. Assign a dedicated person to monitor the equipment. Unauthorized absence is strictly prohibited. If any abnormal noise or jamming is detected, immediately press the emergency stop button to troubleshoot.
2. Regularly check the chamfering accuracy of the processed workpieces. If any deviation is found, stop the machine immediately for adjustment to avoid producing batches of defective products.
3. Monitor the lubrication spray status throughout the process to avoid excessive oil contamination of the workpiece or insufficient oil causing dry grinding and damage to parts.
4. Processing beyond the equipment's rated parameters is strictly prohibited. Forcing hard workpieces into the machine can cause overload and damage to the spindle and motor.
III. Post-Shutdown Maintenance Precautions
1. Thoroughly clean any residual metal filings from the machine tool after each shift. Do not use a high-pressure water gun to directly wash electrical components.
2. Clean residual chips from the cutting tools and die surfaces. Apply a thin layer of anti-rust oil to the guide rails and sliding surfaces.
3. Organize the toolbox and store tools in their proper places to prevent them from being left inside the equipment and causing jamming upon restart.
4. Turn off the power and air supply to the equipment in sequence. Record the daily maintenance and note any abnormal operating points.
IV. Regular Specialized Maintenance Precautions
1. Add No. 46 lubricating oil to the cutter shaft bearing every 6 months to prevent long-term lack of lubrication, which can cause bearing wear and lead to tool vibration.
2. Regularly check the tension of the drive belt. Replace it immediately if cracks or slippage are found. Do not operate the machine with faulty belts.
3. Clean the dust inside the electrical control cabinet every quarter and check the tightness of the wiring terminals to prevent poor contact that could cause circuit failures.
4. Power must be disconnected and a sign must be posted during maintenance work. Non-operators are strictly prohibited from touching operating parts to avoid safety accidents.
