I. Daily Inspection and Maintenance
1. Before starting the machine, check the oil level in the lubrication system to ensure the oil is within the normal range indicated on the oil level gauge.
2. Check the oil spray status at each lubrication point to ensure the nozzles are not clogged and the oil supply is evenly covering the guide rails, lead screws, and other components.
3. Check the oil pump's operating status to ensure the oil pressure is stable within the equipment's rated range and there are no leaks or abnormal noises.
4. During operation, pay attention to the oil level in the lubrication system to prevent oil overflow and contamination of the workpiece or processing area.
II. Periodic Maintenance
1. Clean the oil filter of the lubrication system weekly to filter out metal debris mixed with the oil and prevent oil circuit blockage.
2. Check the oil condition every 3 months. If it becomes cloudy or blackened, replace it with the same type of dedicated lubricating oil.
3. Every 6 months, add No. 46 lubricating oil to the bearings in the cutter shaft area to ensure smooth bearing operation without jamming.
4. Unblock long-term idle oil lines to prevent oil solidification and blockage, and restore smooth oil supply.
III. Preventative Maintenance
1. Strictly follow the lubrication chart specified for the equipment when adding oil; do not mix different types of lubricating oil.
2. Regularly check the sealing of lubrication lines; replace any lines found to be aged or cracked promptly to prevent oil leakage.
3. Establish a lubrication system maintenance log, recording the time and type of oil used for each oil replenishment and change, creating a traceable record.
4. Before long-term shutdown, evenly apply anti-rust grease to the surfaces of sliding parts such as guide rails and lead screws to prevent rust and jamming.
