I. Daily Maintenance (10 minutes before and after shift start)

Lubrication Check: Add oil according to the lubrication chart, ensuring sufficient oil level.

Idle Test: If the machine has been idle for more than 8 hours, run it at low speed for 3-5 minutes to confirm the lubrication system is unobstructed.

Cleaning: Wipe the guide rail surfaces and protective covers clean, removing metal shavings and coolant.

System Check: Confirm the lubrication and cooling systems are normal; check the electrical cabinet fan and filter.

II. Weekly Maintenance

Filter Cleaning: Clean the controller and heat exchanger filters.

Coolant Replacement: Keep the coolant clean.

Chip Conveyor Check: Remove chips to prevent blockage.

III. Monthly Maintenance

Guide Rail Lubrication: Check the lubrication condition of the X/Y/Z axis guide rails.

Proximity Switch Cleaning: Keep the sensors sensitive.

Nameplate Check: Ensure indicators and warning labels are clear.

IV. Semi-annual Maintenance

Servo Motor Inspection: Listen for any abnormal noises from the spindle and motor.

Electrical Cabinet Cleaning: Check voltage and internal cleanliness.

Tool Magazine Maintenance: Check the tool changing mechanism.

V. Annual Maintenance

Tool Changer Mechanism: Check the cam box oil level.

Lubricating Oil Pump: Clean or replace the oil filter.

Electrical Connections: Tighten bolts and connectors.
