I. Correction of Errors Due to Human Operation
1. Trial Cut Measurement Error: Repeat the measurement 2-3 times and take the average value. Use a micrometer instead of a regular caliper to reduce reading deviation.
2. Parameter Input Error: After inputting the parameter, double-check the tool offset value to ensure the unit is metric and avoid decimal point misalignment.
3. Contact Force Error: Switch the handwheel to the 0.001mm micro setting. The tool tip should lightly touch the workpiece surface to produce a slight cut mark.
II. Correction of Errors Due to Tool Clamping
1. Tool Tip Height Error: Adjust the tool shim thickness so that the height difference between the tool tip and the workpiece's rotation center line is ≤0.01mm.
2. Tool Holder Reference Error: Reassemble and disassemble the tool holder, clean the taper hole contact surface, and ensure the tool holder and turret are fully in contact.
3. Multi-Tool Reference Error: Use the end face and outer diameter machined by the reference tool as the tool setting reference for all tools, and recalibrate the tool offset.
III. Equipment System Error Correction
1. Feed Adjustment Error: During tool setting, adjust the feed rate to 100% and lock the feed parameters to avoid positioning deviation.
2. Zero Point Drift Error: Re-execute the machine tool zeroing operation, confirm that each axis has returned to the machine tool origin, and then restart the tool setting process.
3. Dynamic Stiffness Error: After tool setting, execute the "Automatic Trial Cut → Measurement → Error Compensation" process, and correct the tool compensation value according to the formula δ = Theoretical Value - Actual Value.
IV. Machine Tool Geometric Error Correction
1. Spindle Rotation Error: Detect the spindle runout; if it exceeds the tolerance, adjust the spindle bearing clearance to restore rotational accuracy.
2. Guide Rail Motion Error: Calibrate the straightness of the guide rail and correct motion trajectory deviations through the system's backlash compensation function.
