I. Safety First
Protective Equipment: Wear tight-fitting work clothes, safety shoes, safety glasses, and a work cap. Long hair must be tied back. Gloves are strictly prohibited.
Environmental Inspection: Ensure the workspace is large enough, free of obstructions, and that safety doors are properly closed.
Emergency Handling: In case of any abnormality, immediately press the emergency stop button. After recovery, be sure to reset all axes.

II. Pre-Operation Preparation
Equipment Inspection: Confirm that the tools and fixtures are securely installed, the lubrication system is functioning properly, and the oil level is sufficient.
Program Verification: Before machining, the program must be checked. Perform a no-load run to check the tool settings.
Machine Warm-up: If the machine has not been used for a long time, manual lubrication is required. Run the spindle idle for 5-10 minutes.

III. Key Points During Operation
Focus on Operation: Do not leave your post while the machine is running. Do not put your hands into the machining area.
Standardized Tool Changing: When manually changing tools, avoid the workpiece. Prevent interference when loading tools onto the turret.
Parameter Management: Do not modify system parameters without authorization.

IV. Post-Operation Maintenance

Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean chips promptly, wipe the machine tool, and check the lubricating oil and coolant levels.

Shutdown Procedure: Turn off the control panel and main power in sequence. After the spindle has stopped rotating for 3 minutes, shut down the machine.
