The machine adopts a central clamping and synchronous double-end machining layout. Two independently controlled slides and worktables enable simultaneous turning, drilling, and related machining operations on both ends of the workpiece in a single setup. This concept significantly reduces overall cycle time while ensuring excellent concentricity and repeatable accuracy.

A monolithic cast-iron base provides exceptional rigidity and vibration damping. Independent chip and coolant collection units ensure a clean working environment and simplify maintenance. The machine structure is optimized for long-term stability under continuous high-load cutting conditions.

The spindles support stepless speed regulation and constant surface speed (CSS) control, allowing optimal cutting conditions across varying workpiece diameters. Equipped with a Siemens CNC system, the DKCK-DE1200 delivers intuitive operation, high reliability, and seamless integration into automated production lines.

The bed guideways are induction-hardened and precision-ground to ensure long-term accuracy retention. Both longitudinal and transverse sliding guideways utilize F4 composite material, combining excellent wear resistance with superior vibration absorption. This design enhances surface finish quality and extends machine service life.

With high structural rigidity, powerful drive motors, and optimized cutting dynamics, the DKCK-DE1200 easily handles heavy cutting operations.
