Key Features

Inverted spindle design
The workpiece is clamped upside down by the spindle, with the machining area at the bottom, and the chips fall naturally, ensuring a clean cutting area and extending tool life.
Integrated automation loading and unloading
The integrated automation system for material loading and unloading combines both machining and material handling functions. By utilizing a short-stroke gripper to capture workpieces, it significantly reduces non-productive time. The loading and unloading process takes only a few seconds, and when combined with a track conveyor system, it enables seamless online production across multiple machines. This "spindle as robot" design transforms a single machine into an independent production unit, reducing the need for external automation equipment, making it particularly suitable for flexible production in small to medium batches


Large diameter processing capability
Maximum rotation diameter Ø550 mm, maximum processing diameter Ø400 mm, maximum processing length 200 mm, covering the processing needs of medium and large parts.
12-station turret
Supports square tools (32×32 mm) and circular tools (Ø40/50 mm), and flexibly completes complex operations such as turning, drilling, and milling.


High-precision control
Spindle runout ≤ 0.005 mm, grating absolute measurement resolution 0.001 mm, repeat positioning accuracy 0.003 mm, ensuring batch part consistency.
Stable and reliable
The machine weighs 15 tons, the bed structure has good rigidity, and the maximum power of the machine tool is 70 kW, ensuring long-term stable operation.
